Malabika Das Appointed Director of Sales at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) have appointed Malabika Das as Director of Sales, further strengthening their commercial leadership team.

In her new role, Malabika will lead the sales function for both properties, driving market engagement, business development, revenue growth, and strategic sales initiatives across key segments including MICE, weddings, corporate, leisure, and social events.

With over 16 years of experience in hospitality sales, business development, customer relationship management, and strategic planning, Malabika brings a wealth of industry expertise to her new position. Prior to joining Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and HICC, she served as Director of Celebrations at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa, where she led revenue planning, budgeting, business strategy, and high-performing sales teams.

Her impressive career also includes leadership roles as Assistant Director of Sales at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, along with key positions at ErevMax Pvt. Ltd., The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, JW Marriott Kolkata, Hyatt Regency Kolkata, Creative Horti Farms, and ITC Sonar Kolkata. Throughout her journey, she has built extensive expertise in corporate sales, group business, weddings, key account management, and client relationship development.
