Bringing over 15 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry, Pallavi possesses extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, luxury hospitality, banqueting, hotel pre-openings, and large-scale event management. Her strategic leadership and operational excellence have consistently contributed to enhancing dining experiences and driving business growth across renowned hospitality brands.
Before joining Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, Pallavi served as Director of Food & Beverage at Hotel Yak and Yeti and the Lal Durbar Convention Center in Kathmandu. Throughout her accomplished career, she has held key leadership positions with prestigious brands including JW Marriott Kolkata, bigbasket, Grand Mercure Bangalore, and Hyatt Ahmedabad.
Her impressive portfolio also includes several successful pre-opening assignments at ibis Styles Mysore, JW Marriott Jaipur, Kochi Marriott, and Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, where she played a vital role in establishing operational excellence and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Adding to her diverse industry credentials, Pallavi has contributed to catering operations for some of the world's most celebrated sporting events, including the Indian Premier League (IPL), Indian Super League (ISL), and the FIFA World Cup, showcasing her expertise in managing high-profile, large-scale hospitality operations.
In her new role at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, Pallavi will lead the resort's food and beverage division, overseeing its signature restaurants, banqueting operations, culinary strategy, menu innovation, and team development.
