Udaipur Marriott Hotel has announced the promotion of Khushboo Sharma as Director of Human Resources, recognizing her exceptional leadership and significant contributions to the Marriott International family.

Khushboo began her journey with Marriott International in 2021 as Human Resources Manager in Ahmedabad and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in the successful transition of Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad to Le Méridien Ahmedabad, demonstrating her expertise in organizational transformation and people management.

In December 2024, she joined the pre-opening team of Udaipur Marriott Hotel, where she was instrumental in establishing robust HR processes, driving talent acquisition and development initiatives, and fostering associate engagement programs ahead of the hotel's grand opening.

Bringing over 14 years of rich hospitality HR experience, Khushboo has built an impressive career with renowned brands including Taj Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, The Oberoi Group, and Marriott International.

In her new leadership role, she will spearhead the hotel's people strategy, talent development, employee engagement, organizational culture, and overall human resources operations, further strengthening Udaipur Marriott Hotel's commitment to excellence in hospitality.
