Throughout his career, he has worked with globally renowned hospitality brands, including JW Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, and The Taj Mahal Palace, where he consistently delivered exceptional guest experiences and innovative food & beverage concepts.

Most recently, at JW Marriott Maldives Kaafu Atoll Island Resort, Vishwesh successfully led the pre-opening and strategic positioning of the resort's food and beverage operations, overseeing seven distinctive dining outlets while driving strong financial performance, operational efficiency, and outstanding guest satisfaction.

His previous leadership roles at Mulberry Shades – A Tribute Portfolio Resort and The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore further showcased his ability to introduce premium dining concepts, create new revenue opportunities, and adapt to evolving market trends.
