The Ritz-Carlton, Pune has announced the appointment of Natasha D'Souza as Training Manager, reinforcing the hotel's commitment to nurturing talent and delivering exceptional service through continuous learning and development.
Natasha brings over 10 years of diverse experience spanning hospitality, learning & development, sales, and academia. She has developed strong expertise in instructional design, training facilitation, talent development, leadership coaching, and learning strategy.
Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, Natasha served as Course Coordination Head and Lecturer for the University of West London Distance Learning Programme at IIHM Pune, where she designed and delivered industry-focused learning programmes to prepare future hospitality professionals. Earlier in her career, she held hospitality sales roles with Novotel Pune Nagar Road and JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, gaining valuable operational and commercial experience.
In her new role, Natasha will lead the hotel's learning and development initiatives, ensuring they align with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. She will focus on enhancing associate capabilities, fostering professional growth, and strengthening the hotel's culture of service excellence.
